Location: Chengdu, China; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned site and off-site work

What you will do
- Drive tactical ATM capacity improvements with a focus on flexibility and cost.
- Apply industrial engineering expertise to assembly and test manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Strengthen short-term and long-term capacity planning coordination through RRP/LRP processes.
- Align product build plans with equipment capabilities and enterprise manufacturing strategy.
- Analyze complex business data and market signals to support strategic decisions.
- Lead standards development and continuous improvements across planning processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing processes, equipment, and capacity response planning.
- Experience with business data analytics, RRP/LRP capacity planning, strategic roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex analyses to executive leadership.
- Fluent business-level English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Foundry assembly and test process flows and toolsets.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic processes.
- Experience managing performance in a team environment.
