Solutions Engineering Manager (AI Analytics)

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States; preference for Central or Eastern time zones

Compensation: OTE $250K–$280K plus equity

What you will do

• Hire, ramp, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Partner with Sales leadership on resourcing and technical evaluation coverage.
• Join discovery calls, demos, and POCs to model best practices and unblock enterprise deals.
• Build and refine playbooks for discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Track team metrics including POC win rates, ramp time, and coverage.
• Bring field feedback to Product and Engineering roadmap discussions and represent Solutions Engineering in executive customer conversations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of domain-specific pre-sales experience in business intelligence or analytics software.
• 1–2+ years of team leadership experience, including direct people management.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on familiarity with the modern data stack, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, or dbt.
• Experience leading technical discovery, demos, and POCs with enterprise technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing technical talent.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI or enterprise data analytics tools such as Looker, hirify.global, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Sisense.
