Manager of Solutions Engineering (AI/Data)

What you will do

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers serving as product introduction, evaluation, and education experts.
• Partner with sales leaders and channel partners to navigate sales cycles, deliver value-based demonstrations, support POCs, and close business.
• Guide regional sales strategy, address product obstacles, and own the regional Technical Win forecast.
• Use AI and data analytics to identify patterns, improve technical win rates, and support LATAM expansion.
• Collaborate with prospects and teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services to develop effective solutions.
• Source and screen candidates, manage interviews, and coach the team while delivering customer presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in pre-sales and 3+ years of direct line management experience.
• Expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, machine learning, or AI agents.
• Hands-on technical skills in databases, data warehousing, ETL, and analytics or data science.
• Experience with cloud-based offerings and at least one of the three major cloud platforms.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
• Experience launching new territories, teams, or initiatives from scratch; a relevant university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
