Laboratory Analyst (ELISA)

What you will do

• Perform routine laboratory analyses according to approved procedures, protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct ELISA testing, including sample preparation, reagent preparation, assay execution, and result documentation.
• Review, record, and maintain laboratory data, test results, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and report atypical results, deviations, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with Laboratory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and work areas while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or similarly regulated environment.
• Practical experience performing ELISA assays and following established laboratory methods.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and accurate data recording skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to collaborate with laboratory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with UV spectrophotometry.
• Exposure to HPLC analysis.
