Focus on troubleshooting analytical methods, interpreting experimental results, and investigating atypical findings in a laboratory-based process analytics environment.
Location: SG - Tuas, Singapore. Office-first role based at the Singapore Science Park Facility, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

What you will do
- Execute analytical testing on antibodies and other therapeutic recombinant proteins.
- Apply analytical methods including capillary electrophoresis, HPLC/UPLC, oligosaccharide profiling, qPCR, and ELISAs, including high-throughput platforms.
- Perform method troubleshooting and optimization and exercise technical judgment when interpreting experiments.
- Support scientific projects related to cell line selection, upstream and downstream process development, process characterization, and customer IND/BLA applications.
- Prepare and revise test methods and study reports while maintaining high documentation standards.
- Identify atypical results and participate in investigations in line with regulatory and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant science field or equivalent.
- Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant process development analytical testing experience.
- Understanding of recombinant protein production, purification, and analysis.
- Practical laboratory experience with analytical testing of antibodies or recombinant proteins is advantageous; training is provided.
- Awareness of phase-appropriate regulatory and quality expectations for analytical studies.
- Availability to work primarily at the Singapore Science Park Facility.
