Scientist, Lab Operations (Immunology)

What you will do

• Perform and document immunology and protein diagnostic testing across electrophoresis, immunofixation, Hydrashift, indirect immunofluorescence, ELISA, and immunoassay platforms.
• Analyze results, review data quality, identify unusual findings, and escalate issues when required.
• Support troubleshooting, CAPA investigations, deviations, corrective actions, method development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reagents and buffers, maintain equipment calibration and maintenance records, and manage laboratory inventory.
• Provide technical support, training, and knowledge sharing for laboratory personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality, housekeeping, and 6S standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Strong laboratory testing experience with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple testing activities, prioritize workload, and meet turnaround-time requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
