Project Lead - Material Quality

Location: Shanghai, China; travel required: 10%

hirify.global develops and manufactures semiconductor manufacturing systems and operates quality activities across local and central teams.

What you will do

• Support and execute material quality processes within the local service team.
• Identify operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with central and local teams on root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Perform statistical data analysis and provide data-driven findings, proposals, and decisions.
• Lead selected activities across DOA, MNQ, TMM, and PMR in the China region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering, such as industrial, electrical, quality, process, production, or mechanical engineering.
• 10–15 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, Six Sigma, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with 8D, A3, DMAIC, process flow diagrams, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, SAP, and SMS/MHO.
• Strong manufacturing, quality, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
