OPEX Help Center Associate (JavaScript)

What you will do

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable applications for the Help Center.
• Debug and test code and user flows to identify and resolve issues.
• Investigate technical issues reported by customers or identified internally.
• Monitor data insights and the impact of deployed flows and code.
• Own Help Center KPIs related to user navigation and seamless sessions.
• Collaborate with senior team members on technical solutions and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python; familiarity with C++ or similar languages is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, data querying, and data analysis.
• Experience with software debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C++ or a similar programming language.
