Business Analyst (FX/PM)

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, document, and challenge business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create business requirement documents, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, decision logs, and traceability documentation.
• Analyse FX and Precious Metals workflows across pricing, quoting, execution, booking, risk management, settlement, accounting, and post-trade processing.
• Define scalable solutions, implementation blueprints, and end-to-end solution documents with architects and subject-matter experts.
• Assess pricing, market-data, RFQ, streaming-price, and trader-intervention requirements.
• Identify application capability gaps, duplicated activities, control weaknesses, and optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and support.
• Profound knowledge of FX products and applications serving Sales, Relationship Managers, and end clients.
• Experience with FX and Precious Metals instruments including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, Options, ACDC, and TARF/TARN.
• Deep understanding of volatility surfaces, option Greeks, and market data handling.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, requirements traceability, and delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and risk-awareness skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OTC multi-leg strategies such as Risk Reversals, Straddles, Strangles, and Bull and Bear Spreads.
