SCOT Planning Product Manager - Marketplace Channel

Cross-border e-commerce business operating a European retail platform across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Design and optimize supply chain workflows from third-party seller facilities to company warehouses.
• Balance inventory availability and logistics costs by improving automated inbound scheduling, sorting, space allocation, and fulfillment workflows.
• Analyze fulfillment health metrics, inventory cycles, lead times, capacity utilization, aged inventory, and stockout risks to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop standard operating procedures for sellers and internal teams to improve inbound efficiency and data collaboration.
• Lead warehouse management system integrations, system migrations, digital workflow upgrades, and facility implementations.
• Coordinate with seller partners, product, R&D, business development, marketing, and operations teams to deliver supply chain improvements and cost-out initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain project management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse network planning, warehouse operations, logistics processes, warehouse automation, and intelligent logistics solutions.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional project delivery in a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English and strong cross-cultural communication skills are required.

• Experience with European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics.
