Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Boonville, Missouri, United States; onsite

Salary: $21.40–$26.70 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium for applicable shifts

What you will do

• Set up and operate complex machines and equipment to produce plastic and rubber parts.
• Operate and adjust automated and robotic production equipment across multiple machines.
• Monitor temperature and pressure settings to maintain product quality.
• Clean and inspect parts, complete production and quality paperwork, and follow safe job procedures.
• Support CPS principles while maintaining a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Work either the second shift, Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, or the third shift, Sunday–Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Requirements

• Basic computer experience with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple efforts, communicate effectively, work in a team, and adapt to business needs.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain safety, quality, attendance, and dependability standards.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in all production areas.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required before employment.

Nice to have

• Rubber injection molding experience.
• Previous manufacturing or operations experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work instructions.
