Customer Journey Expert (Wholesale Data Management & Analytics)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and backlog items.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Owners, Data Stewards, and international stakeholders to understand and prioritize data needs.
• Support data analysis and investigate operational issues.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain product backlog visibility, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support data governance, analytics capabilities, and data quality across Wholesale Banking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a data-driven and technology-enabled environment.
• Knowledge of Data Management and Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and global or international organizations.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Mapping, and Data Profiling.

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of Data Lake concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with project portfolio management processes.
