Senior Business Analyst Financial Markets & Group Treasury - Tribe Financial Accounting (Financial Markets)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into financial accounting and finance technology solutions.
• Act as the Finance point of contact for complex end-to-end change initiatives.
• Perform impact assessments, business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.
• Convert business needs into backlog features and user stories in an Agile environment.
• Analyze data flows, identify data quality issues, and recommend improvements using data analysis techniques.
• Partner with technology teams on implementation, testing, migration, accounting controls, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong business analysis experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Financial Markets.
• Knowledge of Wholesale Banking products and accounting concepts.
• Understanding of Financial Markets products, including FX, Money Markets, Securities, Repos, and Swaps.
• Experience with impact analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, SQL, data analysis, and Functional, User Acceptance, and Migration Testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including collaboration with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hedge Accounting.
• Experience with Murex, Summit, Sophis, or Calypso.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business IT, or a related discipline.
