Procurement Support Services Associate (with English and Spanish) (m/f)

Location: Sosnowiec, Silesian, Poland; onsite five days per week. The role operates on rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.

Salary: Gross monthly salary of 7,342–9,177 PLN, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders and support questions related to the NextGen system.
• Support internal users with system-related issues.
• Create and organize training sessions for suppliers and internal users.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement changes.

Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• General understanding of procurement and/or supply chain processes.
• Technical mindset and ability to work with various systems and transfer knowledge.
• Strong communication skills for accurately transmitting, receiving, and interpreting information.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Sosnowiec and work rotating two-shift schedules.

Nice to have

• Customer service or helpdesk experience.
• Knowledge of Coupa or NextGen systems.
• Portuguese language knowledge.
