What you will do

• Execute sourcing for indirect materials and services across the EMEA region in line with category strategy, quality, timeline, customer, and cost objectives.
• Lead supplier contract activities and negotiate annual or multi-year agreements.
• Drive global cost-improvement initiatives, including cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Implement pan-European and global contracts while meeting cost-reduction and quality targets.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare workshops, coordinate follow-up actions, and consolidate suppliers where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar supply chain, procurement, or category management role.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Leadership capabilities and experience in cross-functional environments.
