Outcome Engineer (AI)

Salary: $200,000–$320,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Architect orchestration layers for multi-agent systems that collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks.
• Build automated governance, guardrails, and policy engines for autonomous systems.
• Develop semantic infrastructure using knowledge graphs and vector databases to provide context and memory.
• Create rigorous evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for agentic outputs.
• Connect observability data to self-healing agent loops that detect, analyze, and remediate failures.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools for internal teams and customers while experimenting with new models and orchestration techniques.

Requirements

• On-site work in Orlando, Florida.
• History of shipping products that users rely on, rather than only prototypes or theoretical work.
• Recent hands-on experience building and using AI agents in production or active development.
• Strong software engineering, product building, design, research, game engineering, platform/SRE, or comparable agentic experience.
• Ability to collaborate intensely, communicate clearly in writing, share experiments and failures, and work across disciplines.
• Experience with or interest in large language models, vector databases, and agent orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain or AutoGen and knowledge of their limitations.
• Experience with multi-agent coordination, world models, simulations, observability, reliability, or automation.
