Commercial Disputes and Investigations Advisory Senior Director

Location: Remote for candidates anywhere in the contiguous United States; New York office listed at 1166 Ave of the Americas. Travel to client locations as needed, usually less than 20%.

Estimated base salary: $250,000–$325,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple high-stakes commercial litigation, disputes, forensic accounting, and fraud investigation engagements.
• Analyze financial and accounting records, trace funds, examine transactions, and assess complex questions using large datasets.
• Conduct interviews and develop work plans, strategies, and budgets for disputes and investigations.
• Prepare and present reports, schedules, demonstratives, and expert findings for clients, courts, and regulatory bodies.
• Advise legal teams, corporate executives, government agencies, and fiduciaries while developing client relationships and new business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of disputes and forensic professionals.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant consulting, disputes, investigations, forensic accounting, auditing, or related professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in disputes and investigations, including litigation support, financial investigations, consulting, and expert testimony.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience scoping engagements, managing multiple workstreams, developing solutions, leading staff, and contributing to business development.
• Strong database, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, business writing, and communication skills.
• Must be able to live anywhere in the contiguous United States.

• MBA, CPA, CFE, CFF, CFA, JD, CIRA, or a similar professional credential.
