TL;DR
Software Developer (AI) (NetSuite/API/JavaScript): Developing and improving internal business applications, ERP customizations, integrations, dashboards, and workflow solutions with an accent on AI-assisted development, automation, and cross-platform engineering. Focus on integrating NetSuite with business systems, troubleshooting application and data issues, and designing practical technology solutions for digital transformation.
Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Salary: CA$80,000–CA$90,000 per year, plus profit sharing

What you will do
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions.
- Customize, automate, and improve the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Build and maintain API integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
- Develop web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and workflow solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and solution development.
- Identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot system and data issues, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development or related technical experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to work across multiple languages, frameworks, and platforms.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, APIs, system integrations, databases, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with business applications, ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated use of AI development tools to improve productivity.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Shopify, or other cloud-based business platforms.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue, Python, Node, C#, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing automation, AI-enabled solutions, dashboards, reporting tools, or data-driven applications.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, authentication, and application security.
