AHS Solutions Manager (Mining Automation)

Location: Redcliff, Western Australia; site-based in Perth or Brisbane, Australia, five days per week. Relocation assistance may be offered. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead a regional sales team and a global support team across the Autonomous Haulage Solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Identify market trends, commercial opportunities, and competitive threats in mining and heavy industry.
• Build customer, stakeholder, and industry-partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
• Lead pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, contract discussions, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate across functions and establish training programs to strengthen team capability.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Mining, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or significant comparable leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in mining, mobile plant, automation, technology, or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
• Understanding of autonomous mining technologies, fleet management systems, digital solutions, or operational technologies.
• Strong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, commercial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Perth or Brisbane, Australia; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
