Principal Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the multi-year vision for agentic observability and governance across hirify.global and external agents.
• Own trace schemas, completeness, quality, cost accuracy, token usage, and LLM configuration data.
• Build integrations with OpenTelemetry, Microsoft Agent 365, and other agent and observability ecosystems.
• Expand trace infrastructure across hirify.global services and coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery of trace requests.
• Own agent identity and connect traces and identity to policy, audit, alerting, and controls such as kill switches.
• Partner with regulated-industry customers, prototype with agents and real observability tools, define product metrics, and represent hirify.global in customer, partner, and industry forums.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical product management or engineering experience, focused on observability, developer platforms, identity, security, or applied agentic AI, with a record of shipping infrastructure used by builders and platform teams.
• Hands-on experience building observability, telemetry, tracing, or governance products that capture, correlate, and act on signals across multiple services.
• Deep fluency in agentic AI, including models, tool calling, MCP/A2A, coding agents, agent design patterns, evaluations, and observability.
• Working knowledge of service identities, delegated permissions, OAuth, and audit, including their application to agents.
• Ability to write code or use coding agents to test ideas and build prototypes.
• First-principles thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to reach defensible product direction quickly.
• Strong communication skills for position documents, technical explanations, and product demonstrations.
• Comfort working in regulated, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building observability, telemetry, identity, security, or agent platform products at a frontier lab, hyperscaler, observability vendor, automation vendor, or related startup.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1; startup or founding product management experience is strongly preferred.
• A well-supported perspective on how enterprises will observe and govern agents over the next 24 months.
