What you will do

• Lead and develop the in-house and field-based Hematologic Oncology Medical team.
• Drive medical strategy for the brand and integrate it into the brand plan.
• Oversee medical activities, budgets, launch planning, market access support, and regulatory or promotional material review.
• Lead real-world evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies, and international collaborative research opportunities.
• Plan medical education activities for healthcare professionals and foster digital transformation.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and pharmacovigilance reporting.

Requirements

• MD, PhD, PharmD, or comparable scientific qualification.
• Scientific background in Hematology/Oncology and understanding of specialist healthcare stakeholder needs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience and experience in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
• Advanced project management knowledge, statistical research understanding, and strong strategic and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an in-field, stakeholder-facing, or customer-facing role.
• Experience communicating with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations.
