Medical Science Liaison Hematology (f/m/d) - Germany North-West (Hematology/Medical Affairs): Building scientific partnerships with healthcare experts and key opinion leaders in hematologic malignancies with an accent on medical insights, clinical research, and compliant scientific communication. Focus on supporting investigator and site engagement, presenting complex clinical data, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across North-West Germany.

Location: Field-based in North-West Germany; requires travel of up to 70%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare experts in hematologic malignancies.
  • Generate strategic medical insights to support cross-functional decision-making.
  • Serve as a primary scientific resource for healthcare professionals across the territory.
  • Support Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access projects and programs.
  • Contribute to company-sponsored studies through investigator and site engagement.
  • Present scientific and clinical data compliantly and collect scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence at congresses.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree such as PhD, PharmD, MD, or DVM with 4+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years as a Medical Science Liaison in hematology or oncology; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Medical Science Liaison.
  • Knowledge or experience in hematology, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, European Union regulations, and compliant pharmaceutical practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific data and operate as a scientific peer.
  • Experience working in cross-functional matrix organizations and collaborating with commercial partners.
  • Strong communication, strategic conversation, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel up to 70% are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multiple myeloma and/or lymphoma.
  • Experience engaging healthcare experts and institutions focused on hematologic malignancies.
  • Drug launch experience.
