Continuous Improvement Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Shenzhen, China; onsite at the manufacturing site

What you will do

• Develop and facilitate the site Management Operating System and continuous improvement initiatives across the site and business unit.
• Assess manufacturing and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create business cases with financial and non-financial goals.
• Build current- and future-state Value Stream Maps and strategy-driven plans for site improvement.
• Develop tools and training for continuous improvement principles, RCCA problem solving, and operational mindsets and behaviors.
• Lead CI projects, change management, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, Quick Changeover, and related improvement methods.
• Provide operational recommendations and track improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, material control, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, STEM, or operations-related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a comparable manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading organizational change and implementing improvement programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end processes and Lean principles, including Daily Management, Leader Standard Work, and Gemba Walks.
• Experience with formal problem-solving methods such as RCCA, 8D, or A3.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, financial, collaboration, and hands-on leadership skills.
