TL;DR
Dicing Supervisor (Manufacturing): Improving production-line yield, quality, cost, and delivery through material, process, equipment, and package-design optimization with an accent on robust process control and dicing technology. Focus on leading improvement projects, developing engineers’ project-management and troubleshooting skills, and resolving technical issues across internal and outsourced processes.
Location: Wuxi, China; onsite

What you will do
- Lead projects to improve production-line yield, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Optimize materials, processes, equipment, and package designs.
- Establish process-control systems for new and existing processes, including FMEA, control plans, GR&R, SOPs, visual management, and maverick-lot control.
- Track engineering activities and project progress while strengthening engineers’ project-management and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Provide technical instructions and solutions for internal and external Type D processes, including outsourced products and processes.
- Partner with EHS and related departments to improve workplace health and safety.
Requirements
- Experience with dicing, manufacturing process optimization, and production-line improvement.
- Knowledge of process-control methods such as FMEA, control plans, GR&R, SOPs, and visual aids.
- Ability to lead technical projects and support engineering troubleshooting.
- Ability to work onsite in Wuxi, China.
