EE Lead (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Lead system-level hardware architecture, design, and development for 3D printers and post-processing devices.
• Select and integrate motion control, heating, sensors, and embedded system components.
• Own prototyping, testing, validation, design for manufacturing, and cost management across the hardware development cycle.
• Ensure hardware meets performance, reliability, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage development timelines and collaborate with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Build, mentor, and manage the hardware engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on hardware development experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or management role.
• Proven experience delivering complex electromechanical products to mass production.
• Strong expertise in motion control, thermal design, or embedded hardware.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD such as SolidWorks and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D printers, CNC, or robotics.
• Good English communication skills.
