Investigator Site Payments Analyst (Clinical Research)

Location: Home-based role in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clinical trial projects and oversee site payment processes from setup through completion.
• Review aged invoices, identify financial risks, explain delays, and ensure appropriate approvals.
• Perform data quality checks, project reconciliations, payment-cycle tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare standard reports and project KPIs, flagging nonstandard issues to project teams and the line manager.
• Support internal project teams by resolving payment-related issues and ensuring key actions are completed.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and assist team members with routine activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and oral communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience or equivalent competencies in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Strong analytical, problem-resolution, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work from home in São Paulo, Brazil and complete substantial tasks with minimal supervision.
