Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation - EMEA (Workers Compensation)

What you will do

• Administer and manage global workers’ compensation insurance programs.
• Coordinate renewals, submissions, negotiations, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze risk financing options and prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Collect and interpret insurance and risk management data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support customers, employees, brokers, and insurers with coverage, exclusions, and claims management.
• Maintain insurance policies, certificates, claims records, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in a digital environment and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Progressive management and examiner experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry.
• Experience scouting, onboarding, or managing insurance partners and brokers.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work independently, adapt priorities, and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
