Full-Stack and Product Engineers (AI)

Location: New York City; based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area, with a hybrid office schedule

Salary: $180K–$260K annually, plus equity

hirify.global Labs develops AI detection software for identifying AI-generated text and images through web applications, browser extensions, platform integrations, and APIs.

What you will do

• Own and ship product features end-to-end across consumer and B2B products.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Research functions to turn machine learning technology into polished user experiences.
• Translate design specifications and prototypes into production-ready products.
• Architect product flows and build clean user interfaces, microservices, and APIs.
• Own instrumentation and observability across product features.
• Review code and improve engineering quality across the company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in Python and a modern frontend framework, with React and Next.js using TypeScript.
• Fluency with relational databases, APIs, microservices, and third-party service integrations.
• Comfort using AI coding tools thoughtfully.
• Full-stack capability, with deep strength in either frontend or backend development and working knowledge of the other.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area and work from the office on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience building browser extensions or mobile applications.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, and responsible AI.
