Product Associate - HOKA Apparel and Accessories

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States. Mandatory in-office presence is required before and during GTM gates and sample arrival weeks.

Salary: $31.15–$38.94 per hour, with individual pay based on location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Organize information and support data implementation for the HOKA Apparel and Accessories PLM team.
• Create and maintain global line sheets and product data in Flex PLM.
• Translate product-line information into Flex PLM, maintaining accurate style numbers, pricing, color codes, features, and benefits.
• Own drops, additions, and line changes, communicating updates to the global merchandising team.
• Coordinate seasonal sales sample purchase orders with the Global Sales Sample logistics team.
• Organize product rooms and samples, improve archiving and productivity systems, and support sample sales, milestone meetings, and sales conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months to 3 years of related experience in retail or wholesale, product line design or development, or merchandising; fashion footwear experience is preferred.
• Experience with administrative tasks, project calendars, and deadline-driven execution.
• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across product, merchandising, planning, sales, and other teams.
• Ability to work in the Portland office as required during GTM gates and sample arrival weeks.
