Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional, Licensed (Brokerage Operations)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday through Friday, full time, with a schedule between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central after training.

Salary: $22.92–$31.01 per hour.

What you will do

• Answer member, field, and incoming service calls and make outbound calls when required.
• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and non-routine or complex transactions.
• Analyze and resolve “not in good order” items while maintaining accurate and timely account communications.
• Support brokerage operations workflows, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with service teams and internal business units.
• Maintain knowledge of brokerage products, affiliated systems, operational policies, and procedures.
• Meet or exceed service-level, quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school education and 1–2 years of related experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 required, or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and applicable financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts according to volume forecasts.
