What you will do

• Build and lead the Business Operations organization across Change Management and Performance Management.
• Establish strategic planning, OKRs, KPIs, executive scorecards, governance forums, and business review processes.
• Develop scalable reporting and analytics for financial, operational, service, and customer performance.
• Build Program Management capabilities for prioritizing and executing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish Continuous Improvement practices focused on customer experience, efficiency, cost-to-serve, scalability, and automation.
• Partner with Services leadership, Product Management, Finance, Customer Operations, and Customer Success to improve execution and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• PMI certification.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, program management, operational excellence, analytics, or related functions, including team leadership.
• Experience building or scaling organizational capabilities, teams, processes, or operating models.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong performance management, strategic planning, business analytics, continuous improvement, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
