Senior Product Manager, Agency Management (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid; on-site 2–3 days per week in Bethesda, MD; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; or Dallas, TX

Annual salary: $140,425–$229,600

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and independent-agent interviews to inform product decisions.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, and feature prioritization for agency management.
• Drive timely delivery of high-quality releases and iterate features based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, performant, and scalable product solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs, remove impediments, and improve agency partnerships and sales outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agile product management experience.
• Experience managing technology features throughout the full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, accountability, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site 2–3 days per week at one of the listed U.S. locations.

• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions and drive change.
• Knowledge of product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support.
