Cultivation Associate (Cannabis)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; onsite cultivation work

Salary: $16 per hour

What you will do

• Cut, propagate, transplant, and monitor clones in the nursery department.
• Maintain moisture, humidity, temperature, sanitation, and plant health standards.
• Cut, trim, hang, rack, cure, and prepare harvested plants for packaging.
• Weigh, label, and record inventory in compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workspaces while following safety and security procedures.
• Support different cultivation departments and production needs as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Interest in plants and hands-on work; gardening experience is helpful.
• Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow established processes.
• Basic math and measurement skills, including the ability to use a scale.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical work, stand or walk for 8–10 hours, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in high humidity, varying temperatures, strong odors, dust, plant materials, cleaning solvents, and loud environments while using required PPE.

Nice to have

• Experience in cultivation, agriculture, landscaping, or horticulture.
• Familiarity with cannabis growth stages, strains, grow environments, irrigation, or climate-control systems.
