Client Enablement Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, United States

What you will do

• Configure customer pricing and account capabilities to prepare accounts for production transactions.
• Work with account executives to update account pricing based on commercial requirements.
• Partner with solution engineers to gather, validate, and apply configuration requests.
• Maintain accurate customer account settings and pricing throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and summarize opportunities to improve client onboarding processes at scale.
• Develop and manage onshore functional programs and projects supporting US operational goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in payments or operations at a technology company.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and solve problems adaptively.
• Strong communication skills and customer service awareness.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, judgment, and collaboration across time zones.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience reading JSON and working with API documentation or sandbox environments.
• Experience with Excel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
