DTC Growth Marketing Specialist (Automotive Telematics)

Salary: $85,016 annual base plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of telematics and GPS product and service delivery.
• Manage daily operations, including logistics, inventory, customer service, and operational performance reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, dealerships, fleet operators, and finance companies.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and establish SOPs and operational best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the operations team while setting goals and KPIs.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, third-party partners, contracts, procurement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of operations management experience focused on telematics, GPS, or related technology industries.
• Expertise in automotive operations, particularly auto purchase and auto finance.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and familiarity with ERP, CRM, and telematics platforms.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices for telematics, GPS technology, and automotive finance.
