Salary: $54,000–$87,400 per year

What you will do

  • Independently guide and assist surgeons during orthopedic trauma procedures in operating rooms.
  • Provide clinical and technical support as the company representative during surgeries.
  • Ensure instruments, implants, and equipment are available, functional, and properly deployed.
  • Troubleshoot physician and hospital requests, including billing and purchase orders.
  • Provide operating room and sterile processing consultation.
  • Share customer and procedural insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/medical certification with at least two years of professional experience, or at least four years of professional experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
  • Ability to travel within the United States and reside in or relocate to the assigned geographic region.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to work in laboratory and operating-room environments.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical-thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and basic knowledge of surgery.

Nice to have

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
