Senior Director, Kidney and Patient Support Technology (Biotech)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available up to two days remotely per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

Salary: $262,400–$393,600 base salary per year, plus annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Partner with Kidney Business Unit and Patient Services leaders to translate business priorities into technology and AI plans.
• Own technology roadmaps covering launch readiness, in-market optimization, patient support, programs, enhancements, and releases.
• Lead intake, prioritization, delivery, release, incident, change, and service management in a regulated environment.
• Implement and scale approved AI, analytics, CRM, digital engagement, and patient services capabilities.
• Coordinate execution across Core Technology, Data & Software Engineering, Information Security, vendors, and managed service partners.
• Lead onshore and offshore technical resources and manage operating and project budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a technology-related discipline is preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive technology experience, including senior delivery or domain leadership roles.
• 5+ years supporting US Commercial and/or Patient Services technology domains.
• Experience supporting US commercial or patient services functions in biopharma or life sciences during a launch phase.
• Hands-on experience with commercial platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Veeva, digital engagement, and patient services technologies.
• Experience leading complex delivery portfolios and managing offshore or managed service delivery models.

Nice to have

• US commercial launch or major indication expansion experience.
• Experience with data platforms and AI/analytics enablement focused on implementation and adoption.
