What you will do

• Relentlessly focus on customer and business needs.
• Empower Sellers and Buyers with the most convenient ways to ship and receive objects.
• Select new and maintain relationships with existing shipping partners.
• Understand customer behavior and needs through research and analysis.
• Take ownership of the shipping roadmap, prioritisation, and features, working with global carriers and aggregators.
• Execute the roadmap with clear outcomes, collaborating with commercial, customer support, and expert teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing online company.
• Fluent English with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally e-commerce focused.
• Experience in the Shipping/Logistics domain.
• Strong belief in Customer Centric product development and a data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with A/B experimentation and an agile, innovative mindset.
