A&F Rotational Associate (Accounting & Finance)

What you will do

• Complete rotations every 4–6 months across General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Internal Audit, and special projects.
• Perform entry-level accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Document procedures and turnover materials to support operational continuity.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and develop implementation plans.
• Prepare presentations for program cohorts and senior Accounting and Finance leadership.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, training, recruiting events, and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Strong communication, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to complete rotation-specific competency requirements and SMART goals.
• Ability to work in an office environment and sit for extended periods.
• Employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug checks, including marijuana screening, is required.

Nice to have

• Interest in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, internal audit, or process automation.
• Readiness to advance into a Staff Accountant or Financial Analyst position after completing the program.
