2027 CFO Rotational Program

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $59,000–$94,500 per year for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Placement depends on relevant experience and skills; discretionary bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Rotate approximately every six months for two years across four corporate finance departments.
• Support financial planning and analysis through reporting, variance analysis, strategic planning, and recommendations.
• Prepare and analyze accounting transactions, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
• Support global tax strategies while managing regulatory and audit risk.
• Translate finance business needs and process flows into functional specifications and contribute to large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to corporate strategy, investor relations, and global product research, design, and management.

Requirements

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must have US work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, including complex formulas, and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools is preferred.

• Previous internship experience in asset management or a related field.
• Experience diagnosing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate client needs.
