About the Role

You will manage payment queues, remittances, reconciliations, vendor and client onboarding, employee access coordination, and product placement operations. You will build Airtable workflows, support Hive upgrades, maintain documentation, coordinate forecasting and utilization reporting, and present improvement plans to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Demonstrated experience with AI tooling and automation workflows
• Airtable or low-code software building skills
• Salesforce proficiency
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting best practices

Responsibilities

• Run the active payments queue and make decisions on urgency escrow fronting and exceptions
• Own remittance and reconciliation from end to end
• Match deposits to invoices using AI-assisted workflows
• Drive vendor and client onboarding through intake due diligence security review contract setup and portal coordination
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding including system access setup and training
• Manage product placement operations including shipments metadata tagging and uploads
• Design and build Airtable schemas automations and form guardrails
• Manage the Hive support inbox and support system upgrades
• Build SOPs and recorded process walkthroughs
• Partner with planning on sales forecasts and utilization reporting
• Present self-initiated improvement plans to leadership
