What you will do

• Rotate across finance and accounting functions before transitioning into a dedicated role.
• Contribute to business finance, corporate FP&A, operations finance, treasury, accounting, tax, or internal audit.
• Analyze large data sets and turn them into actionable insights.
• Redesign processes around data automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Create and deliver presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate independently and cross-functionally with large teams.

Requirements

• Graduation in May or June 2027 with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without requiring hirify.global to sponsor an immigration case.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, independent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience or ability in data automation and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python experience.
• Experience with AI tools.
