Sales Representative (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Build client relationships, secure new customer orders, and expand business with existing clients.
• Develop prospect lists and execute call plans for real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and their staff.
• Assess client needs and develop, present, and implement tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at real estate industry, community, and customer events.
• Create and deliver individual and group presentations to customers and industry audiences.

Requirements

• Must work remotely from California, USA.
• High school diploma.
• 2–5 years of successful residential title or real estate industry experience.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal, and customer-listening skills.
• Persistence, adaptability, diplomacy, and the ability to understand market conditions and competition.
