Operator - Crude

What you will do

• Operate, inspect, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment at pipelines, pump stations, terminals, and storage facilities.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, and federal requirements, including accurate operational documentation and audit readiness.
• Respond to equipment failures, emergencies, callouts, and abnormal operating conditions while protecting people, assets, and the environment.
• Coordinate product movement and maintenance activities with internal departments, project managers, contractors, and third parties.
• Perform pipeline pigging, right-of-way and grounds maintenance, line locates, inventory management, and general facility upkeep.
• Communicate with supervisors and customers, solve operational problems, and mentor fellow employees when appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of relevant experience or equivalent skills; level is commensurate with experience.
• General knowledge of terminal and storage facilities, gathering systems, pipelines, and product movement.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, operating systems, and company software.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
• Ability to work onsite outdoors, respond to emergencies and callouts, climb equipment, enter confined areas, lift up to 75 pounds, and pass the required SCBA fit test and screening.
