Senior Product Manager, Case and Tote Storage (m/w/d)

Location: Hybrid role requiring proximity to a U.S. office in Grand Rapids, MI, or Atlanta, GA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Travel up to 25% is required, including customer sites, AMCS facilities, trade shows, and global R&D or Product Management locations.

Salary: $111,000–$162,800 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Own execution-focused product roadmaps, schedules, milestones, delivery plans, and lifecycle activities for Case & Tote Storage products.
• Lead tollgate processes from TG00 through TG90, including risk closure, decision documentation, readiness reviews, and on-time delivery.
• Manage product business cases, budgets, investment assumptions, revenue, margin, pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate AMCS sales, solution development, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and global Product Management teams.
• Drive regional adoption, commercialization, documentation, training, sales enablement, product launches, and customer feedback loops.
• Support customer opportunities and product improvement across Dematic Multishuttle, AutoStore integrations, ultra-high-density storage, and related controls and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or another technical field.
• 8–10 years of product management or closely related product-leadership experience with complex technical products.
• At least 3 years of experience in material handling, intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional development, commercialization, lifecycle programs, and formal tollgate processes.
• Strong commercial, strategic, project-management, communication, prioritization, and leadership skills, including experience with business cases, budgets, revenue, margin, and pricing.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required; proximity to Grand Rapids or Atlanta is required for the hybrid role.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in engineering.
• Five or more years of direct project-management experience or PMP certification.
• Experience with shuttle, goods-to-person, or ultra-high-density storage technologies.
