Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in D.C., Boston, or the Bay Area, with 2 work-from-home days per week

What you will do

• Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Break complex initiatives into workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Translate technical requirements, constraints, and system designs across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate partner integrations, data center deployments, utility environments, and technical collaborations.
• Establish program management processes, tools, operating rhythms, and success metrics.
• Identify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or comparable cross-functional roles.
• Strong technical fluency with architecture, systems, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing execution with strategic thinking.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, hyperscalers, OEMs, or ecosystem stakeholders.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, data centers, distributed systems, compute, networking, or power constraints.
