Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Professional

Location: Louisville, Kentucky. Fully remote for applicants outside Kentucky and Washington, DC; hybrid for applicants located in Kentucky or Washington, DC.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data supporting technology strategy and operations.
• Collect, compile, verify, and interpret financial information and economic indicators for senior technology management.
• Evaluate the financial implications of investments and other transactions to support business decisions.
• Forecast short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive positions.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, and cash flow.
• Develop financial models, reports, and budgets while influencing department strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Access, SQL, and multidimensional databases.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Individual contributor role reporting to a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead; no travel required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Health insurance industry experience.
• Previous experience in technology finance.
