Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. Workplace type: Office; specific flexible arrangements are determined by the hiring team.

Annual salary: $93,000–$189,000, plus eligibility for an applicable incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Direct accounting activities for identified business segments directly and through accounting staff.
• Ensure accounting controls are adequate and effective.
• Review reconciliations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP.
• Partner collaboratively with business segments.
• Identify and implement improvements to controls and financial performance.
• Perform other assigned accounting duties.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including understanding materiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and move work forward with limited direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting ideas in group meetings.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software.
