Finance Associate (Financial Accounting)

What you will do

• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports, revenue forecasts, expense forecasts, and staffing forecasts.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Build financial dashboards and provide data-driven insights for business leaders and executives.
• Perform on-demand financial analysis and create custom reports for business needs.
• Support accounting and regulatory standard implementation, audits, regulatory requests, and investor requests.
• Identify control issues, maintain sound control processes, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, business analytics, and expense management.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is available for this position.
