Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Northampton office; the posting also references Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with consultants, users, and project teams.
• Create and maintain integrations between Business Central and external applications.
• Investigate and resolve application issues while supporting platform performance and reliability.
• Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AL and modern Business Central extension development.
• Experience with Business Central architecture, custom modules, and event-based development.
• Proven experience delivering API, web service, or third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, source control, and software development best practices.
• Availability to work from the Northampton office 3 days per week.
